What is metal stamping?

Each piece is unique because each letter or image is individually stamped with a hammer into metal. The depth and spacing will be different for each piece, some letters may be crooked or “not perfect.” The photos are a representation of the piece you will receive.

Do you have a brick and mortar store?

No, we only sell online. We have a small studio in Upper Michigan where each piece is handmade, packaged and shipped. You can purchase LL Always online 24/7.

What materials do you use to make your jewelry?

Our metal choices are aluminum, pewter, stainless steel, and copper. All materials are nickel and lead free and will not tarnish. We only stamp on one side of the metal.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Each piece of LL Always Jewelry is handcrafted and requires care. It is recommended that you remove your jewelry when sleeping, showering, cleaning, and swimming. Avoid direct contact with beauty products such as perform, hairspray or deodorant. The metal portion of your jewelry can be polished with a standard polishing cloth or gently washed with mild soap, water and soft brush.

How long will it take to get my order?

All of our jewelry is handmade to order just for you. Due to its handmade nature, please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship out from our studio. You will receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number when your order is shipped. Items are mailed USPS in bubble wrap envelopes. We also offer USPS Express Mail (1-2 days) for expedited delivery.  

What payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), and Paypal. Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders shipping to Michigan addresses upon checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. We ship packages USPS First Class International (1-3 weeks with limited tracking). Any duty, taxes or additional fees are not our responsibility. Please be prepared to pay for custom and/or duties fees charged by the receiving country. We do not mark packages as gifts on customs forms. Inquire with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any additional charges.

Do you offer refunds?

It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, let us know within 5 days of receiving your purchase. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded when returning an item, and we do not cover the shipping costs when an item is being returned to us.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, LL Always is in partnership with several shops and boutiques. Please fill out the Wholesale Information form on our website.

Do you offer customization?

Yes! Please look at the section titled, Personalization. We can customize a piece for you with a specific name, initial or stamp.
